Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- We do not process, pack or ship orders on weekends, US/EU public holidays, and Chinese official holidays.
- During big sales (Black Friday, Christmas, summer promotions), processing time may extend to 3–5 business days due to high order volume. We will send you an email notice once your parcel is dispatched.
2. Shipping Coverage & Estimated Delivery Time
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia and New Zealand.
Standard shipping estimated transit times (after dispatch):
- US & Canada: 7–15 business days
- European countries: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–22 business days
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, local postal backlog or extreme weather, which are out of our control.
3. Shipping Cost & Free Shipping Threshold
- Standard flat shipping rate: $6.99 per order
- Free worldwide standard shipping on orders over $80 (automatically applied at checkout)
- Expedited shipping is available for an extra $12.99, cutting transit time by 4–7 days (limited to US & EU mainlands only)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for voluntary returns or order cancellations after dispatch.
4. Customs Duties, VAT & Import Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to local import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees or brokerage charges charged by your country’s customs office.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order payment.
- For EU orders under €150, we apply IOSS to pre-collect VAT at checkout to avoid unexpected customs fees upon delivery.
- We cannot predict exact duty amounts, as rates vary by country, product value and material. We are unable to mark orders as "gift" to avoid customs charges.
5. Parcel Tracking
A unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order is shipped. You can track real-time logistics status via our website tracking page or the carrier official website.
Tracking updates may take 2–3 days to refresh after dispatch.
6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Products
Damaged Items on Arrival
Our crystal jewelry is packed with shockproof foam, gift boxes and anti-scratch wrapping. If your goods arrive broken:
- Send us clear photos of the outer package, damaged items and original packaging within 48 hours after receiving the parcel.
- We will provide two solutions: free re-delivery of replacement goods or full refund for damaged items, and we cover all related shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
- If tracking shows delivered but you never receive the package: please check with neighbors, building front desk or local post office first.
- File a lost parcel request with us within 30 days after dispatch. We will launch an official logistics investigation. If confirmed lost by the carrier, we offer a full refund or free reshipment.
- Claims for lost parcels will not be accepted after 35 days from dispatch date.
7. Unclaimed & Refused Parcels
If you refuse to receive the package or fail to pick up your parcel at the local post office, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.
All return shipping fees and original outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund amount once we receive the returned goods.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays, loss or damage caused by uncontrollable factors: customs hold-ups, postal strikes, natural disasters, public health restrictions, airline suspensions or other force majeure events.
