Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 calendar days after customers receive the package.

To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following requirements:

Products are unused, unworn, unwashed, and kept in original intact packaging (gift box, dust bag, protective foam).

All attached tags, crystal cards, accessories are complete and not removed.

Items are free of scratches, oxidation, stains, wear marks, or personal damage caused by improper storage, collision, chemical contact (perfume, lotion, bleach).

Clearance sale items, discounted bundle sets are final sale, non-refundable and non-returnable.

2. Return Process

Submit a return request via our Contact Us page or support email within the 7-day return window. Please provide your order number, full name, and clear photos of the item.

Our customer service will reply within 2 business days and send you a pre-authorized return label & return address.

Repack the goods securely and ship the package back to our designated warehouse.

We will inspect the returned items within 3 business days after receiving the package. If the goods pass inspection, we will process your refund.

3. Shipping Cost Rules

If you return items due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, dislike style): Customers bear all return shipping fees, and the original shipping cost at checkout will not be refunded.

If items arrive broken, defective, wrong product, or missing pieces caused by our packing error: We cover all return shipping expenses and arrange full refund or free re-delivery as you prefer.

4. Refund Details

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment account (PayPal / credit card).

Refund processing takes 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s settlement speed.

Partial refund is available if you only return part of your order; we will deduct the corresponding product amount from your total payment.

We do not offer cash refunds; all refunds are processed through the original transaction channel only.

5. Special Note for Crystal & Gemstone Jewelry

Natural crystal stones have unique natural textures, minor color differences, and tiny mineral inclusions, which are natural characteristics and not counted as defects. Returns based on slight color deviation or natural stone texture differences will not be accepted.

6. Denied Returns

We reserve the right to reject returns under the following situations:

Return request submitted after the 7-day time limit.

Goods damaged, worn, missing original packaging or tags.

Clearance limited products.

Man-made damage after receipt (scratches, oxidation, breakage from dropping).
